Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing logicodesystems.co.ke or creating a Medico Connect account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Services covered

These terms apply to:

• Marketing and informational pages about LOGICODE products
• Contact and demo request forms
• Medico Connect (global chat, private messages, calls)
• Medico Meeting and related lobby features

Deployed hospital or enterprise software is governed by separate customer agreements.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the services for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes
• Harass, threaten or impersonate others
• Upload malware, spam or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to breach security or access data without authorisation
• Share live demo credentials beyond authorised evaluation use

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or poses a security risk.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information. You may delete your account by contacting privacy@logicodesystems.co.ke.

5. Intellectual property

LOGICODE software, branding, documentation and website content are owned by LOGICODE Systems Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the website for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate the service.

6. Demo environments

Live demos are provided for evaluation only. Do not enter real patient or employee data into demo systems unless expressly agreed in writing. Demo data may be reset without notice.

7. Disclaimers

Website and demo services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Medico Connect and meetings are not a substitute for emergency services or regulated clinical systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, LOGICODE Systems Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or free collaboration features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts, without prejudice to your right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
